Location

Please beware of using SatNav systems when approaching the site due to narrow roads. 

It is essential to approach via the A386. Below is the only route to site with towed or large units.  

From North:  From A30 turn south on to A386 sign-posted Tavistock and Plymouth. Continue for 3.5 miles approx  passing Fox and Hounds pub on left. In another 1 mile approx turn right into Lydford village just before Dartmoor Inn (look for tall brown tourist board sign showing Lydford, Camp Site symbols, golf, and Lydford Gorge with telephone box on left) . Note junction slightly obscured so approach slowly. After turning, in 1/2 mile take first right at war memorial, in 50 yards bear right at "Y" junction. Site 100 yards on left. 

From South:  Via Tavistock approach only using the A386. At Dartmoor Inn turn left into Lydford village. After turning, in 1/2 mile turn right at war memorial, in 50 yards bear right at "Y" junction. Site 100 yards on left.
