A great site for adults. good walking and a bus within 100 yards, pub in the village. The camp shop was well stocked ( it is the only shop in the village).

Very quiet site with mostly adults, did not see any children there but this was outside school holidays. Excellent facilities, very clean. Nice pub in village in walking distance which does good food (Castle Inn). Very friendly reception, would recommend and defenitely go back ourselves.

We received a warm welcome from the ‘new’ wardens on our arrival and were given a choice of pitches that we may like to stay on.  The site is very well maintained with the toilet facilities etc. very spotlessly clean at all times.  There is an excellent dog walking area around the top of the site.   The site is well placed for walking on Dartmoor, and or walking/cycling the new extension to the Granite Way. We will be back again in the very near future.
